For a happy holiday with out any problems, please read carefully the "letting conditions".
Your Villa Owner has the right to ask you for a "deposit". This money will cover future damages and losses that can occur to his property, during your vacation.
Be careful and check everything at your arrival. In case of a possible damage it is always more polite to report it yourself than letting him find out later. Villa owners are professionals and keep records of every single thing in their properties.
Your Villa owner has the right to ask you leave the house any time, in case of serious problems that occur under your responsibility.
In such a case you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your deposit! Please be aware of this.
Villas are intended to provide a peaceful and luxurious environment for high quality vacation. They are not made for accommodating groups of noisy youngsters. Please respect the maximum person capacity of your villa.
The owner has the right to refuse letting you a villa if he finds out that there are more persons than those written on your booking confirmation. In such a case you will lose your money. It's always more polite to ask for an extra bed (he will usually provide this to you at no extra charge) than letting him discover a football team in his property.
Some villas do have neighbors. Please respect them!
Letting conditions
Minimum rental period is one week (usually from Saturday to Saturday unless other agreed).
A reservation will be valid if we have received the 30% of your total amount.
The total amount of money has to be paid and cleared 6 weeks before your arrival day. In case that payment has not cleared till then the tenant looses his reservation rights.
The Security Deposit is thought as a part of the total amount.
The Security Deposit is given back (cash or to your card) at the day of your departure. If your departure day is a non working day (Saturday, Sunday or other non working days) then you will be given your money back the next working day.
After your advanced payment (of the 30%) you will receive a receipt of your payment and a statement with your letting information (villas name, time period, persons, your name, and the rest of the money that must be paid.
All premises are let to you for your holidays, only for the period that is stated on your booking confirmation.
Your Villa will be available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. of the departure day. (Time varies from place to place. Check your Villa specific timing). You must meet the owner at 10 a.m. of the departure day, return the keys, remote controls etc. and inspect the house together. Any loss or damage will be replaced by deduction from your Security Deposit.
Please be tidy with all Garbage. Wrap it in the bags provided and place it in the bins.
The number of the occupants can not exceed the villas stated capacity. Sleeping bags, tents, caravans etc are not allowed in the property. You will be asked to leave the villa immediately in case the owner discovers any of the above situation.
Your Villa and it's facilities are for you. Not for visitors, who are not allowed day or night in the Villa.
Persons under 18 y.o. can not rent a villa.
Every villa has it's own policy on pets. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

Be informed that you must take care of your villa, lock doors and windows etc. Any lost or missing items will be charged to you.
There is no personal insurance for the occupants during their stay in the villa in case of a possible injury, loss or other damage. If you want a personal insurance, you must cover it yourself with your insurance.
15:00-17:00 are thought as "Common Quietness" hours in Greece during the Summer. The same applies from 23:00 till 07:00 in the morning. No loud music (or no music at all) during those hours. Respect your neighbors, as you can be found guilty, after the police arrives.
The Villa owner (or his manager) has the right to inspect his property, after prior notification, during your vacation period. If the owner finds out that his property is in danger or serious damages have taken place he can occur anytime, to order to inspect it.
Security Deposit payment confirms your acceptance of Letting Conditions.
Security Deposit is the half of the total letting amount (unless other stated)
All payments must have been cleared before occupancy.
Personal cheques are usually not accepted.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
You pay this before arrival and take it back at the day of your departure.
CHECK IN
You will be asked for a passport, an ID card or a driving license when checking in. No check in will be made with out this, be careful you may lose your money and destroy your vacation. Villa owners MUST have your confirmed ID as they have to keep records of their clients, and this is the law!
LATE CHECK OUT
During peak holiday seasons cleaners need some time in order to clean up the place and have it ready in time for the next occupant. In case of Late Check Out you can be charged for a half day fee as this money will be subtracted from the next occupant. Late Check Outs and Early Check Ins are easier (and usually not charged) during normal periods.
CLEAN AND TIDY
Property must be left clean and tidy. Doors and windows secured, air conditioners turned off, rubbish rapped and put in the bins, all utensils and plates in the washing machine, etc.
Cancelation
If you cancel your booking (later than 40 days prior to your arrival date) your money is not refundable as you did not let the owner letting his property to some others interested. It's in his initiativation to refund your money in case he made a letting for the same period. In such a case a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged.
PLEASE PHONE US in case of a possible cancelation. Do it as soon as possible, giving us the time to find a new booking for this period and be able to return your money back.
Amendments to your booking dates will be considered as cancellation and we will proceed to a new booking.
